Tyler Gibson
Tyler has been teaching and coaching for over 20 years. He has coached USTA Junior and Adult teams, boy’s high school and Division I Men’s and Women’s teams. He played high school tennis at Landon in Bethesda, Maryland. Division III at Drew University and Division I at University of Hartford. Tyler focuses on the basic skills of stroke technique, footwork and strategy. The geometry of the game is broken down to help you understand how to position yourself better in both singles and doubles. Each player receives specific help in their game to make you the best player you can be! The passion Tyler has for the game comes out in every lesson! “Tennis is the foundation of my life. Claudia Berns
Claudia began playing competitively in 2000 after taking a long hiatus raising her two children. Within 5 years she went from a 3.0 to a 4.5 with a 79% winning percentage. In 2005 she obtained her USPTR certification and has been changing people’s lives and tennis games ever since. She has taken both adults and juniors from social players to active participants on high school and USTA teams. She continues to play and enjoy the game as much as possible.
